Sign in

  1. Go to your organization’s dashboard URL (often app.arterial.us or a URL your administrator gave you).
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Submit the form.
If your workspace requires two-factor authentication, you will be sent to a verification step after the password succeeds. See MFA.

Forgot password from the login screen

On the login page, use Forgot password? to start recovery. See Password reset and recovery.

Sign out

  1. Click your profile button in the top bar (user icon).
  2. Choose Sign out.
You can also open Settings from the same menu if you need account or security options.

If sign-in fails

  • Check caps lock and your email spelling.
  • Try password recovery if you forgot the password.
  • If you never received an invite, ask a workspace administrator to invite you.
