The page title is Work Orders.

Tabs: Draft, Scheduled, Complete

Work orders are grouped into three tabs:
  • Draft: not yet finalized for the field.
  • Scheduled: planned with a date and usually an assignee.
  • Complete: finished.
Pick the tab that matches the stage you care about. Cards inside each tab show either a single work order or a group of work orders that move together.

Search and refresh

  • Use the search field (placeholder Search work orders…) to find items by id, comments, assignee name, or hazard type, depending on what is stored on the work order.
  • Refresh reloads the list.

Filters

Click Filter to open the filter dialog. You can narrow by hazard type, priority range, assignees, departments, and date range. Active filters appear as chips above the tabs with Clear all to reset.

Opening details

Click a card to open the same style of hazard drawer used elsewhere, starting on the Work Order tab when you open from this page. From there you can review and edit fields your role allows.

Group work orders

When several work orders share a group, the UI may show them as one grouped card with a count, schedule summary, and assignee. Actions you may see when a group is open (wording can vary by state):
  • Review and edit the group (for example Edit Group flows).
  • Send or similar control to send the group to an assignee when your workflow uses that step. After a successful send, a toast may offer View exports.
Opening a group from the map uses a Group Work Order dialog that lists each hazard in the group.

Creating work orders

Most users create work orders from a hazard’s Work Order tab in the drawer on the Pin Map, Heat Map, or Hazard List. You can also start Create Group Work Order from the list Actions menu when eligible hazards are selected.

Exports

Click Exports to open the Exports dialog. It shows recent export jobs and their statuses. Use it to see whether a package you sent is ready or still processing. This screen describes outcomes in everyday language, not technical job names.

Empty states

If a tab shows No work orders, either nothing is in that status or filters hide everything. Use Clear all filters when the empty state offers it.

Notifications

The dashboard uses on-screen toasts for success and errors (for example Sent to assignee or Failed to send group). It does not replace email from your organization; follow your local process for formal handoffs.
