Map not loading or blank

  1. Click Refresh on the map page.
  2. Check your network connection.
  3. Switch Layers off and on if the basemap shows but overlays do not.
  4. Try a different browser or an incognito window to rule out extensions.
  5. Ask a workspace administrator whether GIS Connections changed or a layer is failing.

Layers missing or always loading

  1. Open Layers and see whether any row shows an error state.
  2. Confirm you are in the correct active organization (user menu or Settings).
  3. A workspace administrator should open GIS Connections and retest the connection.

List or work orders look empty

  1. Clear filters ( Clear all filters , Clear all on work orders, or reset the Filter Hazards dialog).
  2. Change Hazard scope if your organization uses it.
  3. Click Refresh.

Slow performance

  1. Zoom to a smaller area on maps.
  2. Turn off heavy layers in the Layers panel or lower opacity.
  3. On Coverage Map, zoom in if you see a message about the area being too large.
  4. Close extra browser tabs.

If you see text about the requested area is too large, zoom in and use Refresh. See Coverage Map.

Sign-in and access

Who to contact

  • Workspace administrator: invitations, roles, GIS connections, assignees, priority settings, and whether your account should see certain data.
  • Arterial support: product defects, billing, or issues the administrator cannot fix. Use Help and feedback or your contract’s support channel.

Measurement tools

The dashboard does not include a built-in map ruler or measure tool. Use external GIS or CAD tools if you need exact distances.

Privacy (high level)

The dashboard shows operational data your organization loads for road safety and maintenance. Handle exports and screenshots according to your employer’s privacy and public records rules. This site does not describe internal data pipelines or models.
